The workshop will be an introduction to the main principles of the Alexander Technique and an opportunity to try them out for yourself to experience more efficiency and less pain and stress in your everyday activities.
Qualified Alexander Technique teachers Stéphane Ryder (US) and Rachael Hunt (GB) will also be giving all those in attendance a voucher for a generous discount on 2 private lessons with any teacher from the Collective.
